Pastor Chris: “Let God’s word direct your values, ideas, opinions and choices”

Not long ago, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome shared his views on some Bible verses.

In Romans 12 verse 2, the Bible says: “And be not conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind that ye may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

The President of the Christ Embassy explained: “We should not so quickly conform to this world because He wants us to think and act differently. That is why He says, ‘be not to conformed to this world but be transformed.’”

“By renewing the mind, He explains how to achieve that transformation. Through God’s word, you can change your way of thinking. Change your mindset with the word of God. Do not let anything other than God’s word control your values, ideas, opinions and choices,” Pastor Chris Oyakhilome explained.

He elaborated that “Most people have opinions and values that are not governed by God’s word. But as God’s children, we are new creations in Christ Jesus. Therefore, if you continue listening to his word, you are on the right path.”

“Through God’s word, you can change your way of thinking”

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome continued explaining his views on the matter by saying: “God wants us to be spiritually minded. He wants us to think like Him, like those in His kingdom. So, He says not to be conformed to this world but to be transformed by renewing the mind. You renew your mind through daily affirmations that affirm the word of God. Then only you can think differently and under how God wants you to think; through His word.”

The pastor then prayed for his LoveWorld members.

“I pray for you to be well, sound and restored to health again and that you become normal and strong in the name of the Lord Jesus. Right now, I pray for the little children and babies that the anointing of God’s Spirit will come upon them. Wherever that child is, suffering from some affliction, I command healing for that body in the name of Jesus.”

Pastor Chris: “Through the spirit of God, you have the power to heal others”

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has always believed that with God’s guidance, people become more powerful than ever thought possible.

“You can touch that child and proclaim health. Proclaim healing now because the anointing is on you right now. The Spirit of God is present with you right there now. Touch the chest of that child. I see a child with a hole in the heart, and the Lord is healing that child right now.”

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome then asked people to share the miracles God has done for them.

He said: “I want you to call on the telephone or send us an email; let us know what the Lord has done for you. We would like to hear from you, and I will see you again. Until then, keep living in God’s dream.”
